Doorlys XO Fine Old Barbados Rum is a premium authentic Barbados rum, made from selected aged parcels that undergo a second maturation in casks previously used for aging Spanish Oloroso Sherry, the same casks that give several notable Scotch whiskies their deep colour, and dried fruit & nut flavours. Doorly’s XO represents Barbados rums extremely well, and is perhaps one of the best value rums from the R.L. Seale company and Foursquare Rum Distillery.
This bottling released at 43% ABV complete with presentation gift box. The slightly higher ABV provides s nice extra level of complexity and length on the palate.
