Terrigal Rum Co Luscious Premium Dark Rum — meticulously crafted in toasted oak casks and aged to perfection in a unique subterranean cellar tucked away in the central coast hinterland of NSW, Australia.

Part of Terrigal Rum Co’s inaugural aged rum releases and led by internationally renowned Master Distiller Philip Moore, the Lucious expression is created from rich, flavoursome Clarence River Valley Molasses and reconstructed by wine yeasts into a plethora of fruit and spice flavours. After distillation in Terrigal Rum Co’s magnificent Caribbean ‘Barbados-style’ rum still, the spirit is aged in three types of toasted oak casks: New American white oak, second fill Bourbon and 60 years old Brandy casks.

AROMA: Honey, dried peach, hazelnut, allspice, cinnamon, caramel and toffee.3
FLAVOUR: At first, rich, luscious, honeyed texture, followed by cinnamon, allspice and a whisper of ginger. The conclusion – a long lasting complex of savory fine tannins, baking spice, lusciousness and marmalade.

We are excited to see this bottled up at 44% ABV to really brings out the complexity and character of this premium aged rum, and of course with no additives or sweeteners.
