Using Australia’s only commercial quantity of certified organic molasses, Woombye water, yeast and some of the finest methods and expertise around, Nil Desperandum First Limited Edition Rum has be expertly crafted by Master Distiller and renowned spirits educator, Adam Chapman, and team from Nil Desperandum.

Nil Desperandum First Limited Edition Rum. Nil Desperandum’s first ever release, aptly titled “FIRST”, was on the 22/2/2022 at 2.22pm. A limited edition numbered release, each bottle one of 476. Australia’s FIRST Certified Organic molasses rum. Unlike many other rums that are sweetened, coloured and in some cases flavoured, Nil Desperandum ‘FIRST’ contains only Australian certified organic molasses, Woombye water, yeast, and nothing else. The flavour is perfectly complimented through ageing in sherry-soaked oak barrels.
