Husk Signature Rum is Husk Distillers’ first official Australian Cultivated Rum (ACR) release – a farm to bottle rum made from 100% single estate cane juice, unsweetened and non-chill filtered.

ACR is a trademark registered by Husk that is a guarantee of quality and integrity in the Australian rum industry. In essence, ACR rums are produced exclusively from freshly crushed cane juice, grown in a recognised Australian Cane Growing Region along the north-east
Australian coastal plain and hinterland between Mossman, QLD and Grafton, NSW.

Their vision for Husk ACR is to create rums with a true sense of provenance using the natural flavours of the sugar cane grown 100% on
our farm. This unique approach sets Husk Rum apart and demonstrates that rum can be taken seriously as this world’s greatest spirit.

TASTING NOTES: Spicy oak, dried fruits & soft pineapple lead on to an earthy finish with blonde tobacco hints.

It took years to craft Husk Signature but it is only the beginning for ACR. Harvest after harvest, you will witness the evolution of the new taste of Australian rum.
