Through 158 fermentation and distillation trials over the past three years, Master Distiller Philip Moore has refined and perfected this liquid poetry to bring you their first ever release — the flavourful and meticulously balanced Terrigal Rum Co. High Tide Rum. Derived from the finest quality NSW Clarence River Valley sugar cane, the selected molasses serves as the quintessential raw material for crafting this superb Australian spirit. A dedicated Caribbean ‘Barbados-style’ rum still, equipped with pot, column, and retort, weaves its magic in the alchemy of High Tide rum distillation.

Philip Moore, the mastermind behind Terrigal Rum Co., is highly regarded in the spirits industry both in Australia and internationally. His award winning Distillery Botanica being the first and only Australian distillery to win Herb Liqueur of the Year in Germany, Gold medals in London and San Francisco for the Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and the first and only Australian distillery to win a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, the world’s most prestigious spirits show and the home of gin. Philip Moore is the first and only Australian distiller to be in the Hall of fame — the highest honour awarded by Gin Magazine.
