The Appleton Estate Hearts Collection is a prized Limited Edition trio of rare Jamaican rums, made in a collaboration between Appleton Estate and Luca Gargano of Velier. This collection includes 100% Pot Still single vintage expressions from 1999, 1995 and 1994, showing off the distilleries range of flavours and tropical maturation prowess. Only 3000 sets were available worldwide, with The Rum Club Australia obtaining possibly the only 2 remaining sets of this original 3 bottle release in Australia.

In relation to the Hearts Collection, Master Blender Joy Spence said:

“Rums aged in tropical climates develop richer, fuller flavours much more quickly than spirits aged at cooler climates, so when you taste a rum aged for over 20 years like our new releases from the Hearts Collection, it’s a really extraordinary experience.”
